| We monitor the details such as ERA, Ks & walks per inning, etc. However, more importantly, to ensure the health of our pitchers & catchers, we monitor their innings played & pitch counts per inning, then go to our bullpens when their pitch limit is exceeded. |
| We give kids feedback on their statistical performance. This helps us analyze how & what to emphasize in coaching them & helps give them reason why we are coaching to these details. |
